The outlet is comparatively small with just a handful tables in a small seating area .. My experience has been most items listed on the menu are not available. I have tasted masala dosa, choley bature both of which tasted quite good but the portion size was quite less...i felt they are VERY miserly on this front.
The price is ok.. The ambience is just passable.. Not very good but not very bad either.. I have seen most customers are families wanting to take a quick bite.. The hospitality again is just about ok..
My overall experience is that they are just going through the motions. . Customer satisfaction /delight are words this outlet may not have heard earlier..
