I recently attended a cake-making training by Chatore Chaubey, and it was a fantastic experience! I learned everything from scratch — how to make different types of sponge (like vanilla, chocolate, and red velvet), whip the perfect cream, and understand all the essential ingredients and tools for cake making. We had another expert trainer specifically for cake decoration, who taught us amazing techniques and creative ideas. We explored various flavors, decoration styles, and had a lot of fun during the sessions. Both trainers shared valuable notes and tips. It was a joyful, hands-on learning experience that I truly enjoyed!
