Been there twice. The one at Phoenix doesn't have enough sitting area but still can't complain. Icecream is great but a bit costly for the price. I used my Zomato Gold so it was a good deal for me.

Cold Stone Creamery is an international brand located in many countries and recently I went to their Pune Phoenix Mall outlet. The outlet is bit small with cramped seating area. The staffs were very polite and courteous in their approach.

We recently tried Founder's Favorite and Chocolate Devotion and mind you both the ice creams in terms of quality was excellent. The thickness of the ice cream was too good. Chocolate Devotion had toppings like Chocolate Chips, Brownie and fudge and mixed well with chocolate ice cream and the final outcome was just wow. Founder's Favorite had pecans, Brownie, Fudge and Caramel. I personally loved this one and both the ice creams were tummy filling as we went for medium size. In terms of pricing it's bit on higher side but having such an amazing quality ice cream once in a while is absolutely alright.

I loved my ice cream experience and would recommend it to all ice cream lovers to give it a try.

My friend introduced me to this icecream brand and I am so greatful. My favourite scoop here is red velvet. But for some reason they said they have stopped this flavour.Why would you do this to us guys ?.
This time I went there for my red velvet scoop and since that was no longer available I tried cheesecake fantasy. This scoop is equally amazing. Not very sweet. The ice cream has a mild pungent taste of cheese which is expected of a cheesecake flavour. The topping include pie crust, blueberry and strawberries. Even writing about it gives me foodgasm.
