Been there twice. The one at Phoenix doesn't have enough sitting area but still can't complain. Icecream is great but a bit costly for the price. I used my Zomato Gold so it was a good deal for me.

Cold Stone Creamery is an international brand located in many countries and recently I went to their Pune Phoenix Mall outlet. The outlet is bit small with cramped seating area. The staffs were very polite and courteous in their approach.

We recently tried Founder's Favorite and Chocolate Devotion and mind you both the ice creams in terms of quality was excellent. The thickness of the ice cream was too good. Chocolate Devotion had toppings like Chocolate Chips, Brownie and fudge and mixed well with chocolate ice cream and the final outcome was just wow. Founder's Favorite had pecans, Brownie, Fudge and Caramel. I personally loved this one and both the ice creams were tummy filling as we went for medium size. In terms of pricing it's bit on higher side but having such an amazing quality ice cream once in a while is absolutely alright.

I loved my ice cream experience and would recommend it to all ice cream lovers to give it a try.

The Cold Stone Creamery originates from America and has approximately 1100 branches all over the world. The specialty of this unique ice cream parlor is that they make the ice creams in front of you. These ice creams are made on the spot on a granite slab which is chilled to 16 degrees.
You can make your own ice creams by adding your choice of nuts, fruits, flavors and candy.
On my recent visit to its Viman Nagar outlet, I tried a couple of their signature ice creams. I am a chocolate person, so I would recommend the Chocolate Devotion to all chocolate lovers out there. The Berry Berry Good contains fresh berries with flavored ice cream. This one doesn’t disappoint as well.
The Chocolate Devotion and the Berry Berry Good is definitely worth a try.
All in all, the creamery offers some great flavors and they also have a 1+1 on Zomato Gold!
