Mr Nikhil had denied to the offer which u displayed. I asked him to provide the ice cream which I like. He gave another with out the offered items

The experience was quite disappointing. The staff did not inform us about the available ice cream sizes and served the largest option without any prior consultation. Additionally, we were not provided with a bill for the purchase.
