Extremely disappointing experience at Colaba Social. We were served non-veg pizza instead of the veg one we ordered. When we raised the isuue, the staff ignored us completely. No apology, no responsibility, until we insisted on speaking to the manager. Even while placing the order through QR, their OTP system didn’t work. No one came for help even when we told them about this. The staff seemed too busy chatting among themselves to care about customers. The vibe was completely off. Would not recommend this place if you're expecting decent service or a pleasant experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner
