We stayed two nights at the SAJ Earth resorts and the only reason we ate here was for the early morning breakfast and the day we checked in for lunch on arrival from Kumarakom. Very poor service, lack of detail and even the complimentary morning breakfast seemed a struggle for the restaurant staff to manage. For a resort that states to be a four star, sadly the management needed then to step up and focus on revamping its coffee shop and dining offer. Even the rooms were pricier and the dos e cramped do not earth staying too. I hope by now in 2015 they have improved but no surprises I find no reviews written to date, so Kochi Zomato Experts, . Please add on your feedback. For me a very poor dissapointing stay of many holidays. Aiyo !!!!
