I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service at this cafe . I ordered a simple order which should be prepared by 15 to 20 minutes, yet I had to wait for almost an hour because my order was carelessly given to someone else. My time was completely wasted due to staff’s negligence and lack of basic coordination. This kind of irresponsible service is unacceptable. I left the cafe irritated and dissatisfied, and after this experience, I have no intention of visiting there again, As I had a very bad experience repeatedly, I would suggest choosing a cafe other than this one, there are plenty of other good cafes in town who genuinely care about customers' time, money and experience.
