Horrendous Experience – Never Going Back! If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Coffe & Bagels in Amritsar is a complete disaster and should be avoided at all costs. First of all, they don’t even serve plates for food. Yes, you read that right—no plates! We had to literally ask for a plate to eat, and even then, the staff looked at us like we were speaking another language. How does a café serve food without plates? Are we supposed to eat off the table? Then comes the ear-splitting music. It was so loud and obnoxious, we couldn’t even have a normal conversation. Cafés are supposed to be cozy and relaxing, not an ear-destroying club where you have to scream to talk. But here’s the real kicker—this wasn’t a one-time thing. This has happened at least 4-5 times! Every single visit, the same nonsense—no plates, unbearable noise, and staff who clearly don’t care about customers. It’s like they’re running a social experiment to see how much customers can tolerate before losing their minds. If you enjoy terrible service, chaotic noise, and eating with your hands like a caveman, this place is for you. Otherwise, stay far, far away. There are plenty of better cafés in Amritsar that actually understand the basics of running a restaurant. One of the worst experiences ever. Never again! Disgusting coffee where they dont even know the difference between latte and cappuccino. I ordered almond latte and almond cap. they coffee machine is in disgusting state, the milk frother things are never cleaned. I literally had to chuck it out.
