I was absolutely shocked and disappointed by what was served to me as a "Cottage Cheese Salad" at your outlet. What I received was nothing short of a disaster – a sad mixture of sandwich filling carelessly dumped into a bowl with a couple of raw cheese slices thrown on top. This is not a salad by any culinary or even basic customer expectation standards. Your staff casually mentioned, "This is how we make it." That response is not only unprofessional but downright insulting to anyone who expects honesty, quality, and basic respect for food names and customer choices. If this is genuinely your “recipe” for a salad, it’s misleading, lazy, and reflects poorly on your brand. It was soggy, poorly mixed, and had no freshness, balance, or presentation — just a mess of sandwich stuffing passed off as a salad. I would strongly urge you to either completely rework this item or remove it from the menu. Charging customers for such a substandard dish is nothing less than unethical. Please take this feedback seriously, because as a customer, I feel completely cheated. Had dropped in after shopping to sip a cup of coffee and have snacks. We had ordered chicken cheese toast chocolate cupcakes n coffee. Cupcakes and coffee was good but chicken cheese toast not worth the price. Otherwise overall it was fine and ok. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
