I ordered coffee and told specifically with no sugar, but still I get a below average coffee with some sugar. I paid the bill and left without drinking; did not wanted to argue due to language problems.

This iconic coffee shop, open 24/7, serves pure vegetarian coffee and tea. I tried their puttu kadalai and coffee. The puttu was good, but the kadalai was loaded with garam masala, which overpowered the traditional taste, making it difficult for me to finish. Refer to the picture for details. However, the place offers plenty of parking, clean restrooms, and a great ambiance. Overall, it was a good experience and worth a visit near Palakkad Fort.
