No proper seating with air. They get ₹35 for 3/4 cup of coffee & bun butter jam ₹60 package+10 . Even though we pay huge amount butter they apply is very less. Coffee is light like milk. Not upto the mark . Just hype . I visited Coffee Shastri, Nanganallur this morning Oct 18 2025 , and had an unpleasant experience at the billing counter. The lady at the desk was quite rude when I offered a ₹20 note that was slightly torn. Instead of addressing it politely or explaining the issue, her response felt unnecessarily harsh. I hope the management trains staff to handle such small situations more respectfully good customer service makes a big difference. Service: 1
