Dear Team Barbeque Nation, I am Akshay, and I had booked a table for 20 people at your Deccan, Pune branch on 16th July 2025 for dinner. First of all, I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to your team for the delightful food and excellent ambience. The catering staff was courteous and helpful, and we truly appreciated the overall setup. However, I would like to bring a few observations to your attention that we feel require improvement: Our team members had specific food preferences, but unfortunately, the staff did not accommodate these requests. The quantity of food served was not adequate. Repeated requests made by our group were often ignored. The service was closed without any prior intimation, which left many of us disappointed. It was also noticed that lower-cost items were served first in abundance, whereas premium items were served much later and in very limited quantities. We believe these issues reflect gaps in service management and policies. We respectfully request you to look into these concerns and make necessary improvements so future guests have an even better experience. Thank you for your attention and understanding. The moment you walk in, the welcoming staff and vibrant atmosphere immediately set the tone for a great dining experience. Their live grill concept remains a favorite — hot, fresh, and customizable right at your table. The starters are absolutely the highlight — from juicy kebabs to a variety of seafood, paneer, and vegetarian options, everything is flavorful and well-marinated. The buffet spread is impressive too, offering a good mix of Indian, Chinese, and Continental dishes. And yes, do save some space for their dessert counter — the kulfi station and gulab jamun are simply worth it! Service is prompt and staff members are polite and attentive without being intrusive. They even celebrate birthdays with a complimentary cake and music, which is a nice personal touch. Small point to note:.
