Coffee House is one of the best bistros I ever visited. It's an elegant place to have an interesting time. The place is a little cosy and most of the people seem to like it. The menu is very pocket friendly I mean its really good. I personally prefer "Oreo+cold coffee" because it's very delicious. Another menu item such as Maggie, finger chips, French fries are also very flavorful. The main point which makes the place more "Couple-friendly" is it has the 1st floor where only a couple can sit and have a good time.
