Visited this eatery while visiting Coorg. Went for the colonial appeal location. However seating is limited and food service , staff attentiveness and hospitality is worst. We ordered simple sandwich, pasta and coffee and waited had to wait almost +40 mins to get it served, that too after multiple inquiries. They have 4-5 staff members who are unable to manage the order and were overwhelmed. Customers arriving late than us were served earlier . Orders were mixed up. One had to stand at the counter and get it,if wanted to eat. On top of the food quality and taste was very pathetic. Staff needs to be educated on managing customers. They have a small outdoor seating with mountain view and all customers want to sit there which is not managed as well. Very bad experience. Nice coffee shop, a bit sugary, maybe ask for low sugar. Nice ambiance, they have wild honey, homemade wine, and spices for sale. Along with quick food menu. Classic chicken burger is good. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
