Served old dessert (cheesecake). It was hard and stale. But got the refund in cash. Poor service overall.

Brought a Iced americano for Rs.310 and 2 chai for Rs.200 each. When I asked initially if they could pack my Iced americano, the service staff accepted. After we completed the chai, it took around 30 min to complete and when asked to pack the Iced Americano it was refused by the same sataff citing that it was around 30 min since the order was supplied and they wouldn't be able to do it. I left it on the table with more than 90% of the content remaining. This particular outlet has the most unhelpful service personnel than any other cafe coffee day. The bot that replies to the review doesn't take any action on complaints, Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
