Worst service. Asked a tissue, the manager refused to give. And said all tissue counts. My question is to whom they service. Are they didn’t charge for the cutlery. Pathetic service and neutral response 0 customer satisfaction. Coffee vanilla frappe is good. My order value is around 491. Thanks. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: ₹400–600

Worst Experience. Ordered a cake from Café Coffee Day Prozone mall Coimbatore today via Swiggy and requested a name to be written but they refused without any listening. Disappointed, as this basic customization is expected for celebration cakes. Service: 1 Price per person: ₹600–800
