I am regular fan of Coffee Culture, 1st time visited Parle Point and found Hair on my Cappuccino which was replaced after I reported. I ordered Sizzler which was good and tasty ????. Found Hair again on Cutlery and same time reported to the manager. he apologised and gave me discount 20% which was good and thanks to him for discount but same time I informed him to take care for the same kind of issues should not be repeated to any one. The reason for this feedback is due to the attachment with the coffee culture as I am using it from almost 10 years. And still I like it. I will visit again for sure.
