Horrific experience. I ordered 2 rolls and nuggets, and what I witnessed was absolutely disgusting. The staff member dropped the nugget packet on the floor, casually picked it up with his bare hands, and without even washing his hands, grabbed my roll and shoved it into the packet. Zero hygiene. Zero accountability. Just shameless carelessness. I asked them to either prepare it fresh or give me a refund. Instead of apologizing, the cashier handed the money back with an attitude and told me not to visit again. The audacity. Don’t worry - I wouldn’t step foot into this hygiene nightmare ever again. If this is how they handle food right in front of customers, imagine what happens behind the scenes - especially if you’re ordering through Swiggy or Zomato and can’t see what’s going on. Absolutely filthy standards and pathetic customer service. Never again. Avoid at all costs. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
