We ordered an 85% dark bitter chocolate drink, but received a slightly sweet version instead. When we brought this to the staff's attention, they acknowledged it as a product error. Upon asking if we could get a proper drink, they informed us that it wouldn't be possible until their current stock was depleted. Despite the issue, they charged us the full amount for the faulty drink. Fortunately, we had only ordered one drink to share between two of us.

Good Chocolate drinks.. try their dark chocolate.. Today also tried their 90% Dark Bitter Sweet Hot Chocolate.. Probably the best In this part of the country.. their Chocolate Truffle was also superb.. put one of that in my mouth and slowly sipped the Hot Chocolate.. it was pure bliss

I have had good hot chocolate from Prague and Vienna, but this one was amongst the best tasting hot chocolate I have had. kudos to Cocoacraft Chocolate Factory
