Disappointed with the Long Wait We visited Cocoamoga recently and, unfortunately, left feeling quite disappointed. While the staff were polite and friendly, the service fell short. We ordered something as simple as a sandwich and an omelette, but it took 1 hour and 10 minutes to arrive—despite there being only three other customers in the restaurant. For the first 45 minutes, we were patient, but after that, it became frustrating as they kept saying, “It’s coming,” with no explanation or updates about the delay. To make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, the Bombay Masala Sandwich was missing potato, which is supposed to be one of its key ingredients. Additionally, there was no effort to compensate for the inconvenience, leaving us feeling unvalued as customers. The food itself was average, but the overall experience was ruined by the lack of efficiency, accountability, and attention to detail. I really hope Cocoamoga works on improving their service because such long wait times and oversights are unacceptable. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Dear Irfan , Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during your visit to Cocoamoga. Your feedback is invaluable, and we deeply regret that we did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait over an hour for your order, especially without proper updates or communication. This is certainly not the standard of service we strive to provide, and we are addressing this matter with our team to ensure such delays are avoided in the future. Regarding the Bombay Masala Sandwich, we appreciate your clarification. While the potato was present, we understand that its color and appearance caused confusion, and this was not in line with what you expected. We will review this with our kitchen team to ensure consistency and better presentation in the future. We truly regret leaving you feeling unvalued as a customer. Please know that we are committed to learning from this experience and improving every aspect of our service. As a gesture of goodwill, we would love the opportunity to make it up to you. Please feel free to reach out to us at 9923128169 so we can ensure your next visit is a much better one. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to welcome you back soon for a more positive experience. Warm regards, Radhika & Eldridge Lobo Owner Cocoamoga

I love love love these guys! The simplicity of this little garden bakery and the deliciousness in their breads! From the best Croissants hands down in Goa to the to-die-for Korean Buns, a delicious French toast (that can be a little too sweet for me) and the most decadent hot chocolate - you cannot go wrong with Cocoa Moga! It’s the no frills real thing that has got to be on your next breakfast spot to hit up in Goa! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolute 5 star place. Must try their varieties of crossaints and kombucha. Amazing service by the people here. A little difficult to reach and find the place from the road. But a nice place with homely vibes. If you are visiting parra road, This place is only a 10mins away from parra road. Good for a quick bite and rest stop.
