Subject: Important Experience to Note Before Visiting Cocktail Club. We had a concerning and unexpected experience during our visit to the Cocktail Club, which we feel is important to share for anyone considering a visit. We booked two seats for the evening based on positive online ratings and the affordable pricing shown in the attached menu available on Swiggy and other platforms. However, upon arrival, we noticed there was no visible branding for Cocktail Club. When we inquired at the reservation desk, the staff confirmed that this was indeed the location but that it was now operating under the name Hyde. This was surprising, but we chose not to react immediately. Once inside, we found the venue to be completely unprepared for the rainy weather. The floor was flooded, and the roof was leaking from multiple points—at least ten visible spots. Despite this, we had limited time and decided to stay. Biggest surprise: When we requested the menu, we were given a completely different one from what was advertised online. The prices were significantly higher, with most items averaging ₹700 or more. Upon raising this with the manager, we were informed that Cocktail Club had closed, and the current offerings were under Hyde. This left us feeling misled and disappointed. To add to the frustration, we were informed that it was a dry day, so no alcoholic beverages were available. Additionally, around 60% of the snacks listed were unavailable, and the ones served were extremely small in portion and lacked quality—mostly gravy-based items with no proper crunchy options. Overall, the experience was regrettable, and we would strongly advise others to verify details before visiting. We will not be returning. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
