I went cockRaCo lunch,. Ambience: good. Food taste: As usual CockRaCo is for non- veg peoples, I ate. Plain kulcha, garlic naan with pepper mushroom and schezwan mushroom fried rice. Plain kulcha- 4/5. Garlic naan- 4/5. Pepper mushroom gravy- 4/5. Schezwan mushroom fried rice- 2/5 Also my friends tried,. Mutton briyani, mutton chukka, chicken briyani, tandoori grill chicken. Mutton briyani- 5/5. Mutton chukka- 4/5. Chicken briyani- 5/5. Tandoori grill chicken- 5/5 Service & hygiene must improve. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking

Today I visit with my family for Takeaway (Grill Chicken) order in Ramanathapuram Branch. We got good guidance and approach from Billing and ordering area (front area), at the time of billing there is a 6piece Grill chicken

We wait nearly 25mins , but each time server taking for dining persons, but not giving important to takeaway order's.. After 25th min we ask only one piece is there luv we have Bill, the server guy told like "DINING CUSTOMERS ARE IMPORTANT THAN TAKEAWAY CUSTOMERS". We Cancelled the Order only for those irresponsible word of Server. (Employee)

But the Fact I Observed is there is no proper Communication for billing team and Grill chicken packaging team. Second is no one is taking responsible for Takeaway bills.
