Feedback on Experience at The Coastal Garden, Mysore Dear [Restaurant Management], I recently visited The Coastal Garden with my family during our trip to Mysore and Uooty. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel it’s important to provide constructive feedback. On the day of our visit, it was raining heavily, and we were looking for a place to sit and relax. We requested to sit at a table, and we assured the staff that we were willing to pay for whatever we consumed. However, our request was initially denied, which was quite disheartening. We later approached them again, and they informed us that the cost of the food was beyond our budget, which was disappointing, especially considering we were willing to pay. We understand that every establishment has its own policies, but the way we were treated made us feel unwelcome, and it was a very negative experience for us. It is our hope that in the future, The Coastal Garden can work on improving its customer service and communication with guests, ensuring that no one feels dismissed or uncomfortable, especially during such unpredictable weather conditions.
