My family visited this shop to order 8 donuts and requested them to be packed. However, by mistake, all the items packed were cakes instead of donuts, and the bill was also generated for cakes. Unfortunately, the issue has still not been resolved. We have tried calling the shop multiple times, but they are not picking up the calls. This is disappointing, especially from a well-known brand, as we expected better communication and a proper resolution. Service: 1
