I recently visited Club Sulaimani Payyambalam Beach and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The service was downright pathetic. From the moment I walked in, it felt like the staff couldn’t care less about the customers. I had to wait far too long just to place an order, despite the shop not being particularly busy. When I finally did, the staff seemed disinterested and borderline rude, barely acknowledging my requests. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by simply expecting decent service. While the tea itself was passable, the overall experience left such a bad taste that I won’t be returning. There are plenty of other places where customers are valued and treated with respect. Club Sulaimani Payyambalam Beach needs to seriously rethink its approach to customer service if it hopes to retain patrons.
