There is no option to put zero star, so I’m forced to give one. Usually I don't often put reviews, but this time I feel compelled to, thanks to the “wonderful” experience I had at Club Falooda, Vadakara. If your day is going well and suddenly you want to have an extremely bad cafe experience, I highly recommend u Club Falooda, Vadakara. And you'll get to see extremely bad customer service, with staff who behave like they're doing you a favor or they’re paying your bill. Yesterday, I had a really disappointing experience at this place. I ordered a dry fruit shake (priced at Rs.120). A few minutes later, I asked if they’d started making it since my friend was almost there. They said yes, so I decided to wait. What I got was just warm milk with a few ground nuts thrown in it. No chill, no texture, nothing close to what you'd expect from a dry fruit shake. I actually wondered, how can they serve something like this to a customer. When I asked about this, instead of an apology or even basic courtesy, the staff argued with me and blamed me for rushing them, which I didn't do like they claimed (I'm not sure they even know what rushing means). I was really shocked. And I think, even if a customer did rush, the staff still have the responsibility to either serve the order properly or politely tell the customer that they can’t fulfill it at the moment. After some arguments, they agreed to remake it, but even the second attempt wasn’t much better. Even at the billing counter, instead of accepting their mistake, they continued to blame me for their poor service. No apology, no professionalism, just a really poor attitude overall. Definitely won’t be going back (to Club Falooda, Vadakara). Not recommended.
