During stay restaurant wrongly billed a 1ltr bottle of water without my order. However as they billed already so just requested me if I can keep it. When I agreed as water is something a necessary stuff, they were very happy and provide me ice cream with dinner as complementary. This indicates the professional behavior of Staffs. Service: 5

Recently had the pleasure of staying here and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and outstanding amenities. Cleanliness and Comfort- The room was clean and comfortable, with a plush bed and modern amenities. The bathroom was well-appointed, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Amenities and Services- The hotel's amenities were top-notch. The staff were helpful, and the services, such as room service and concierge, were prompt and efficient. Moreover there are boutique stores on each floor where one can buy clothes and decor. Location- The hotel's location was ideal, just beside the Jambuni bus stand, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. Service: 5
