The only thing that disappoints when you visit this bar is the cheerful staff. The fast service is something these restaurateurs care about. The cool atmosphere adds a comfortable feel to a guests' stay at Club 9:38 BAR. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

Poor atmosphere, from entrance to washroom all poor. The staff itself shouts too much, if the power supply breaks up they have no backup too. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: ₹400–600
