The only good part of this resort is it's location otherwise there is nothing good .Rooms are okay okay not good .In breakfast they say booking is less hence we have only 2 options there is no option for kids breakfast. When we ask for Paratha, firstly, they said it's not possible when we push that our kid has not eaten yesterday also in morning then they agree to give one Paratha. Very Pathetic service,there is no bofey system. Resort management have to work on their hospitality

Cloud Mist Resort and Spa in Mahabaleshwar is an absolute gem !
