Dear Anu, I know this is your repeat order at our outlet. I would like to bring in to your notice. The delivery guy had other products in his bag, which were leaking, and his entire bag was messed up, we helped him, to clean it etc, but I guess the entire parcel was broken which was some curry. He was coordinating with another delivery person and for a long time at this location only. Which got your delivery delayed and products mishandled. I took some pictures of his bag condition, and send to zomato. Kindly consider your review :) Will be glad to send some more Tea :) But this problem is because of delivery partners/other restaurant food packing Kind Regards
