Guests don't highly appreciate beef at this restaurant. The staff is said to be energetic here. The fast service demonstrates a high level of quality at Cloud Castle Restaurant. A lot of visitors suppose that prices are democratic for what you get. The peaceful atmosphere gladdens people and attracts more clients. Google users are quite generous with this place: it was rated 4.1 stars.

The menu prices were higher than most competitors in the area, but I have no problem paying for good food. I settled on the beef roast at 450 rps.
It was awful.The sauce was good but the quality of the meat was abyssal. The portion size was satisfactory but made up of a number of smallish pieces all of which were either very tough or consisting mainly of sinew and verge on being inedible.
I can understand even a good restaurant having a substandard meal but for a "chef" to use such poor quality produce is unforgivable and shows complete disdain for the customer. Perhaps the thinking was that since I was a tourist and had ordered a takeaway there would be no comeback.
I had a far superior version of the same dish which was also significantly less expensive at Amuse Vista restaurant which has a great view. I also recommend Prakrithi close by.
A very disappointing experience at Cloud Castle.
