Located very close to the bus stand and access to Mother Mary Shrine is at a 10 mins walkable distance. The rooms are well maintained and their service and hospitality is worth mentioning. Very kind and helpful staffs. Buffet breakfast satisfactory and the taste is good too. Amenities inside the room is as per expectation This hotel is suited both Friends and family. The hotel can be booked via online portals too. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, the room service was very poor. Half the time no one picked the call up. The food was not good at all. I found hair on my ice cream. The bed sheets felt used and not washed, the window was the most disappointing one. I’m sure you can find a better hotel.

I booked room in clinton park inn, Velankanni through Make My trip app. I believed that the hotel would be very decent but the hotel administration was not decent. I was given room number 401 in 4th floor on 18/04/2025. The room was neat and clean in the initial stage. When I switched on the Air conditioner the room started urine smell. It was an horrible experience. Then 6 hrs later we were given room no. 402, the AC was not working in that room. Then again we changed the room and we were given room no. 406. For few hours the room was good then again urine smell started inside the room. I checked the room toilet and it was neat and clean. I started to put perfume and powder to battle the urine smell. The mine snacks given to us was rosted almond, cashew, dairy milk Chocolate, Bisleri water bottle and bingo chips. The Clinton partk inn charged Rs.42 for 1 liter Bisleri water bottle and the same water bottle cost is just Rs. 20 as per MRP. Bingo chips MRP. Rs. 5 but in clinton park inn it is Rs. 20. The cashew and pistachio was charged including all tax and its MRP was Rs.95 each packate. The Clinton park charged Rs.120 for each packet of pistachio and cashews. The Clinton park inn is charging double than GST price of snacks items. The hotel breakfast is reasonable but lunch and dinner are very costly with average taste food. The Clinton park hotel will gave us bill charges on the heading of 'caravela' and they hide original food name and its price. Fake GST invoices given by this hotel. This hotel room does not give proper car parking facility for small cars. I arrived at hotel on 18/04/2025 and check out on 20/04/2025. The room was always noise due to poor window and door condition. Service: 4
