In December 2025, I opted for a monthly thali service from Claypot Kitchens, which the owner, Mr. Sanjay, kindly agreed to arrange. Having worked with Zomato as a senior employee for nearly four years, I can confidently say that I have rarely come across a restaurant owner as humble and hands-on as Mr. Sanjay. The quality of the food is absolutely top-notch, with the highest standards of hygiene and cooking maintained at every stage. What truly adds to the confidence is the transparency—you can actually see your food being prepared live right in front of you. The best part is the owner’s personal involvement. In case of a staff shortage, Mr. Sanjay himself ensures that the orders are delivered on time, even if it means personally handing them over. Owners like him never fail to surprise and delight their customers. Wishing Claypot Kitchens continued success—truly well done and keep going strong. I rarely review places here in India as most of them are just "meh" regardless of their local hype but the owner Sanjay is a practical chap and puts me at ease to be ordering from his place all the time. Hygiene is the most important for me and his deliveries thus far have been always hygienic. Please keep up the great work and dominate the local market @Sanjay.
