Thank you for ordering The bagels are baked fresh every morning and exactly as shown in the picture - with sesame seeds. the description did not say "toasted bagel with cream cheese", but on request I do toast them sorry you had a bad experience, but maybe mention next time what you are looking for to get the right flavour and meet your expectations. greetings claudi
