I feel very bad to say this, Yesterday, I went to Classic Hotel, Andheri East for dinner with my family. I usually visit this hotel for dinner with my family or friends 2–3 times a month from Sakinaka. Yesterday’s experience was very bad. I ordered Veg Maratha and asked the waiter to make it spicy, but they still served us a normal, non-spicy dish. Even then, I didn’t say anything and ordered Paneer Tikka Masala because my family does not like Veg Maratha. The waiter served the same Veg Maratha gravy and just mixed roasted paneer into it and gave us the dish. It was clearly the same gravy with paneer added. After eating that dish, I felt very bad and disappointed. I never expected this from Classic Hotel. Because of this experience, I couldn’t even finish my meal. I paid ₹1300 for half-eaten food and ₹100 for the auto and returned home. My only request to Classic Hotel is to seriously investigate whether the problem is with the waiter or the chef. I am sure about one thing: I do not feel like coming again to Classic Hotel, Andheri East. I would also advise common people not to go there for lunch or dinner. This hotel is no longer value for money, and the taste is not like it used to be. Now it feels like they are only interested in cheating customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
