I received a damaged cake, and despite clearly providing the delivery address and instructing the delivery person over the phone to deliver it to my friend's house (as mentioned in the contact details and address), he delivered the order to me instead. Moreover, he argued with me and behaved very rudely. This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
