'' Worst Experience'' Date:- 21/02/2025 "I ordered a cake from them for my sister's engagement ceremony. However, the cake they delivered was completely different from the one shown in the photo. At the last minute, they changed the design without informing me. We had specifically requested that the decorative statue on top be made of edible material, but instead, they used a plastic one. To make matters worse, the statue was not even placed correctly, causing it to fall and ruin the entire cake. I ended up wasting ₹4,500 on this disastrous experience. Furthermore, when I complained to them about the issue, the staff and manager behaved poorly and denied any wrongdoing. Their unprofessional attitude was disappointing, to say the least.
