I visited Class 43 Multi Cuisine Restaurant at Pathikashram Nilaya on Valentine’s Day, expecting a delightful evening. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were seated at a wobbly table. Despite multiple requests to the staff over 20 minutes, no assistance was provided. After speaking with the manager, we were asked to wait outside for another table, leading to an additional 40-minute wait while others were seated promptly. Once seated, basic necessities like napkins and cutlery were missing. Repeated requests were needed to obtain them, and the area under the table was unclean, with mosquitoes present. When ordering, we were initially told sizzlers were unavailable, a detail not indicated on the menu. After expressing frustration, they agreed to prepare it, but the service remained disorganized, with staff lacking coordination. The food quality was mediocre and did not justify the value. A restaurant should offer more than just good ambiance and an extensive menu; attentive service is equally crucial. To top it off, when we left, the valet parking attendants were absent, and retrieving our car keys required locating a security guard at the main gate. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Experience was above average. Main course was upto the mark but starters were average. We had mughlai paneer tikka, Chutney cheese naan bombs, Paneer rara, cashew cheese chilli gotalo. Quality of bread was also too good. Cashew cheese chilli gotalo is must try item. Overall a great experience. This restaurant was literally one of the best things which happened to us on our trip to Ahmedabad. We loved it so much, we ended up eating all our meals here. Their dishes are all exemplary and we especially loved the corn cigars with rendang sauce and their tomato and basil soup. The service was equally good with the staff being very well trained and very polite. Everything we tried was high value for money and I can easily say this is one of my favourite restaurants in India.
