Worst experience ever!!Brought over some guests for them to have a good time and good food. Firstly being a decent enough hotel in a tourist destination and not accepting American Express cards when that’s what most tourists carry. But that was the least of our concerns.Asked for three dishes, all three were not available. Asked server AJAY for recommendations. He had nothing to say. Eventually ordered 4products from whatever was available, 2 starters and 2 main course. After what felt like hours, one started arrived and after several further prompts, Mr AJAY now gets us the main course. When asked about the second starter, he very casually mentioned “Oh I forgot to write that down earlier. Do you want me to get it now? It would take 25 mins. Of course since we had already waited for around 40 mins before this, and since there were two restless infants with us,we refused and asked him to get the rest of the main course. As of we already weren’t frustrated enough by the service provided and the server online particular, he gets us the WRONG ORDER. Upon questioning him, instead of apologising and offering to replace, Mr. AJAY in an extremely rude tone mentions.. I wrote what you ordered and that’s what I have served. It was so embarrassing for us in front of our guests, whom we had specifically gotten to this restaurant to dine. I mean Wow! Kudos to such a pathetic service and such manner less and incompetent staff. Neither extending our membership further, nor coming here ever again!
Had the worst meal at The Mughal Room in Hotel Clark's Shiraz. Such terrible food was served to us in the name of fine dining. We ordered three dishes and they were all below sub par. We were served spoilt paneer dish from which we got a very upset stomach the next day. The manager refused to accept their mistake. Horrible experience. Never going back
