Hotel is good, Rooms are comfortable but little small, Staffs very attentive , Food was good and breakfast spread was ok, They provide free pick and drop to start point The worst they provide only one litre water and charge Rs 50 for additional 1 ltr water bottle. When I paid so much for rent they should provide additional water free or atleast at MRP Service: 5

I recently stayed at Clarks Inn Suites, Katra, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant stay, making it a good choice for travelers visiting Katra. Rooms & Cleanliness: The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. The housekeeping staff ensured that everything was neat and tidy, which made our stay comfortable. The beds were cozy, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a relaxing stay. Dining Experience: The dining area was well-organized and clean. The food served was delicious, with a good variety of options. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and taste were impressive. The service in the restaurant was also quick and efficient. Lawn & Ambience: One of the highlights of the hotel was the well-maintained lawn area. It provided a peaceful and refreshing environment, perfect for a morning walk or evening relaxation. The overall ambience of the hotel was welcoming and pleasant. Staff & Service: The staff members were polite, helpful, and well-behaved. They were always ready to assist, making sure that guests felt comfortable throughout their stay. Their warm hospitality added to the positive experience. Overall Experience: Everything was well-managed, from check-in to check-out. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is always room for slight improvements, whether in service speed or additional amenities. However, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Would love to visit again on my next trip to Katra! Service: 4

Would like to thank everyone from Clarks Inn for being so helpful and welcoming. Our train got delayed and manager in Clarks Inn was able to help us and accommodate us in the lobby for a little longer. Review: The rooms are very spacious and well maintained, a little up on bedding and bathroom will take it to another level. Very convenient check in and parking options available. The Bridge restaurant: I was surprised how good the food was, clean, delicious and well decorated breakfast, highly recommended taking that. We also order dinner and again the food was very very good. Would definitely stay here again when I go to Vaishno Devi Temple. Thank you Clarks Inn team again. Service: 5
