City Bakers, Cherthala-Near KSRTC Bus Stand, Cherthala I recently visited City Bakers in Cherthala, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the rude behavior of the staff. The way they treated me was unacceptable - it felt like they thought I was getting products for free! As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of respect and courtesy. Sadly, the staff at City Bakers fell short of these expectations. The product quality was okay.However, the poor customer service and attitude of the staff outweighed the decent products. Until they improve their customer service, I would not recommend City Bakers to anyone. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other

City Bakers, conveniently located near the KSRTC bus stand in Cherthala, stands out as one of the best spots in town for a quick snack or a refreshing drink. During my visit, I ordered a Sharjah shake with a butterscotch flavor, and while the taste was delicious, I found the quantity a bit lacking for the price. The bakery offers a wide variety of items, including cakes, shakes, and snacks, catering to different tastes. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable, making it a nice spot to relax for a while. Given the selection and quality, City Bakers is arguably the best option in Cherthala for anyone looking to grab a bite or a drink, though they could improve on portion sizes for some of their offerings.
