Pathetic service. So upsetting. 1. My friend and I wanted to pay separately, so we ordered separately. My friend's bill came to 350/- so the person taking order gave her a free sundae. On some offer. When I ordered my order went beyond 350 too. But this guy taking the order asked me to change my order saying it's the same just the cost will be reduced. I refused since I wanted what I said. This guy WITHOUT MY PERMISSION changed my order to less than 350 so that I can't avail the free sundae offer. I don't want to sound rude but he had no right to do it even after I said NO. I also attached my bill here. He changed my order Belgian chocomelt to maple butter waffle with extra dark chocolate. 2. My friend's waffle was overcooked and burnt, whereas my waffle was undercooked and very soft. I don't think I will be interested in going to this outlet anymore. Bad experience.
