Worst hotel ever we have seen, we have booked this Hotel City palace in Agoda app one week before. When we check in there at sharp 12:10 pm. Asking room they are saying Room per day 5000/4000 but we have booked room for 2 days for 3400 and they are saying yesterday they cancelled our room. Waste management and service. Full of flies and not maintained well.
