I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at City Heart Zayka. The hygiene standards were shockingly poor, and I feel it’s important to warn others. The food preparation area was visibly dirty, and the individuals handling food appeared unhygienic and unkempt, with noticeable body odor. To make matters worse, I even noticed rats roaming near the kitchen area—an absolutely unacceptable condition for any place serving food. It's alarming to imagine what kind of food quality can be expected when the environment and staff are in such a state. Cleanliness and hygiene are the most basic expectations from any restaurant, and this place failed miserably on that front. I urge everyone to be cautious about where they eat. Very nice food, I have taken it for my parents and we really enjoyed it. I must say the quality of food and preparation of it, is the best as far as other outlets near by or in the town.
