Unfortunately, the staff is unpleasant as most visitors note. Unprofessional service is something that guests would like to improve here. As guests' comments show, sometimes the atmosphere at City Heart can be uncomfortable. Google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Am new to Alwar and went t “ City heart bakers” through word of mouth. Ordered cake for my daughters1st birthday and the owner was very cooperative and promised me the best. But , the cake was a total disaster from the look to the taste. Highly disappointed and ruined my daughters first cake ever. Went to the shop to show their master piece and I wanted an explanation for the same. The owner casually accepted Yes my mistake!! “ just changed the flavour alone” what’s the big deal and wasn’t uttered a word of any amount refund. Will never go back to the shop for any more cake orders*Caution*
