The Citrine Fine Dine offers food delivery for the convenience of its clients. The staff is said to be appealing here. The nice service demonstrates a high level of quality at this place. The cute decor and cool atmosphere let visitors feel relaxed here. But this spot hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

I ordered Chicken Pahadi Tikka for parcel at around 11:30 pm with clear instructions that it should be non spicy. I collected the order and went home. We realized the chicken was very spicy. I came back to the restaurant and asked them to give me the dish non spicy and take back the dish they had given to me. But, the person on the reception, Guruprasad, was very rude and said that the kitchen is closed. To which I said my instructions were not followed and that is not my fault. To which his epic reply was, "I accepted your order at 11:30 pm and that was my mistake". I had to make him understand that he is not a suitable person for the hospitality industry. Citrine was run by Mukesh Boliwal. But now it has been given on rent and the new owner is on cost cutting. And, that cost cutting is affecting many core areas. One of them being hospitality towards the clients. Seriously this was not expected.
