Today is one the 1st day of Durga Puja the 28th of September me and my mom and dad decided to visit CIT Cafe since a long hiatus from the previous occasions we have been ans served awesome food along with the ambience and service. But today when I visited the café for lunch at around 2:30 pm we were able to get good seating. But the dishes that we had ordered which were Chilliy Garlic Noodles, Schezwan Chicken and Singapore Hakka Noodles.Firtsly, the food took more than hour to arrive at our table inspired of not having many guests in the restaurant. After the food arrived at the table, the first bite I took of the chilly garlic noodles and Schezwan Chicken, the chicken was overcooked and the gravy was extremely salty along garlic noodles which was equally bad tasting very dry and salty as well. The experience we had today wasn't as per the quality standards of what we had had previously. It could be that CIT has definitely lost its charm and the good old cooks that used to prevail. I remember after every meal we used to be asked how the food was and on serving we used to be served hot warm plates and when the bill was given a feedback form used to given. Now this is not the case in 2025. I humbly request to make drastic changes to you cooking staff and food quality, this will definitely lead to greater consequences and downfall of your restaurant in the future. I definitely will not be visiting this restaurant anytime again in the future.
