For an early dinner on Saturday evening, we were exploring options, Cafe Peter, Wasabi 15, Circle of Crust, La Pinno's Pizzas etc. Due to inviting entrance and Pizza craving by kids led us to Circle of Crust (CoC). Yellow colour theme and creative portrait frames with interesting captions made waiting time comfortable. Different seating arrangements (low chairs, high chairs) make it youthful. You have to order at the counter and wait for food items to be served. They don't service at the tables, nor serve water. Our order was Verity of Item 1. Chicken Pepperoni Pizza 2. Truffle Mashroom Pizza 3. Peri Peri French Fries 4. Herbed Garlic Bread with Cheese 5. Penne Arrabblata Pasta Followed by Coolers drinks Dishes were served in cardboard boxes and we had to request for dishes (which are paper dishes) This value for money arrangement may be ok with some guests but we would have liked to have proper dining cutlery and glass of water to enjoy the food. Pizza and Pasta were perfectly made and though spicy food items were tasty. Everyone was busy with enjoying a variety of items and finished dishes within no time. Pasta was hot ( both temperature and taste) but enjoyed by everyone. Pizza toppings and bases were doing justice to the portrait captions. Coolers were doing their job after spicy food. Overall it was a nice experience and if we visit again would certainly like to have proper dining experience. Thank you so much for the detailed and thoughtful review! We're really happy to hear that the food lived up to your expectations and that your family, especially the kids, had a great time with our pizzas, pasta, and coolers. We appreciate your feedback about the self-service format, cutlery, and water arrangements. It's insights like yours that help us improve and enhance the dining experience for everyone. We'll certainly take your suggestions into account as we look at ways to make our service more guest-friendly. Looking forward to welcoming you again and hopefully giving you an even better experience next time!

"Circle of Crust or Circle of Rust?" Started off as a promising pizza paradise, but somewhere along the way, it seems like Circle of Crust took a detour—straight into "let's cut corners" lane. The team looked like they were in an Olympic speed round of "Make Pack Dispatch" with zero time (or energy) left for guest interaction. Smiles? Suggestions? Customizations? Nope, not on the menu. Feels like the brand’s trying to save pennies by skipping out on basic manpower and service—spoiler alert: it shows. Cutting costs at the cost of customer experience is a shortcut to becoming yesterday’s pizza. Hope they find their crust again before the circle breaks. Atmosphere: 1

Hi, thank you for your brutally honest and creative feedback—it truly made us stop and reflect. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn’t live up to expectations. It’s clear that while we’ve been focused on speed, we’ve unintentionally compromised on the personal touch and service quality that matter just as much. We take your feedback seriously and are reviewing our operations to ensure better training, staffing, and guest engagement. If you're open to it, we'd love a chance to make things right. Please consider sharing your contact details so we can reach out personally and understand more about your visit.

The combo offer is all about duping people. Zomato Gold offers are not applicable on combos and that's something the restaurant will disclose once you are in the restaurant.. Applying Zomato gold discount on the MRP is actually a better bet than taking the combo. They actually are tricking customer while doing so.. Next coming to service, getting the combo delivered on a weekend is a 40 min affair. You get pizzas delivered to home before that time.. At the end, there has to be more transparency and better management. The pizzas are fine though. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with the combo offer and service fell short of expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when offer details aren’t clearly communicated — we’ll be working with our team to improve transparency around all deals and discounts. Your comments on the wait time and overall management are being taken seriously and will be addressed internally. We do hope you’ll give us another chance to serve you better. Would you be open to sharing your contact details so our team can reach out personally?
