I love Cinnabon. No issues with food. The issue is with the billing and people making fool of you. I asked for 2 pecanbon. She billed for 399. Pecanbon cost 140 each that is 280 in total. I asked why is she charging me 399. Then I saw the bill. She added 15 grams of extra pecan nuts, without asking me. When I asked why she added that, she said “pecan roll aise hi banta hai, ye karwana hi padta hai”. I cancelled my order. I request everyone to beware about it. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Watch out! They totally rip off their customers. I asked for a Mini Pecan Bon and a small cappuccino. They charged me for the MiniBon and then extra for pecan nuts, even though I didn't ask for extra. Plus, they gave me a regular cappuccino without even asking. When I called them out on it, they said that's how they bill for the Pecan Nuts MiniBon and they didn't have small cups. I told them this wasn't the first time, and they quickly gave me back the ₹50 they overcharged me. They didn't refund me for the size upgrade they did without asking, though. I'd rather give ₹500 to someone who needs it than be lied to for ₹50. The coffee was terrible, I threw the whole thing out, and the minibon was super dry. Thank goodness this wasn't my first time at Cinnabon, otherwise I'd never go back. Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400

Staff is coughing on buns...while making coffee rite inside the cups no control on staff no hygeine maintained...feels so bad we pay full amount to these ppl..for low level of hygeine this is when iam ordering rite at counter what hppns behind the counter. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
