Come to this restaurant to dine at if you feel hungry after gazing at Mahatma Phule Museum. It's time to relax and try perfectly cooked smoked chicken, fried prawns and fried oysters. I placed the order and waited 30 minutes for it. After the wait, the server came and asked me what my order was. Had to wait upwards of 75 minutes for appetizers. The food was cold and the taste was 5/10 at best. Then these people have the gall to charge a mandatory service charge after they forget the food order twice. Total rip-off!

Cibbo is a newly opened place in FC road with a nice, cozy ambiance and dim lighting. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating — we chose to sit outside. The space is small but comfortable, and the overall feel is pleasant. The staff is attentive and efficient, which adds positively to the experience. However, they seriously need to work on their menu. The food was just okay. We ordered Nachos, Cheese Garlic Bread, and Khao Suey. The nachos were made with millet and cut into very thin strips — they were so hard that it felt like I might need a dentist appointment after eating them! The strips were too thin to hold any toppings or cheese properly. Next was the Cheese Garlic Bread. It seemed to be made from a simple local bakery loaf (worth maybe ₹20). They had put some cuts into it, added a bit of cheese and butter, but the garlic flavor was completely missing — I’m still trying to find it! The Khao Suey, on the other hand, was a generous portion and nicely presented, though it lacked seasoning and spices. When we mentioned this to the lady in charge, she immediately offered to replace it, and the new one was much better. I really appreciate the manager’s attitude. She listened to our feedback carefully, acknowledged the issues, and assured us they’re still improving since the place is newly opened. She even offered us a complimentary dessert, which was a nice gesture. Overall, while the food still needs work, the service and management’s willingness to improve stood out. I’d love to visit again after some time to see how much they’ve improved on the food front. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
