The Italian cuisine is on the menu at this restaurant. Many people visit Ciao Cochin to try perfectly cooked ravioli, pizza roma and medium steaks. Order good Italian tiramisu. Most guests think that you can have delicious cordial, Kir or beer at this place. It's nice to order great coffee.
The homely atmosphere of this spot allows visitors to relax after a hard working day. If you look through the guests' comments, the staff is terrific at this restaurant. I visited this place to try out it's Italian cuisine for lunch. And it was great!!! This is a small restaurant placed just on side of the popular Masala restaurant, which is known for its buffett lunch. It can seat around 24-30 people I guess. It's an outdoor seating with a roof, though it's comfortable on most days, but may be slightly hot in the afternoons. The waiter just helped us I to the AC section. We ordered Pepperoni pizza, Tenderloin steak, and Lasagna. The portions were good. The Lasagna was really great. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The service is not that fast, so avoid if you are short of time of course, and thin of wallet obviously!! The price tag is not merciful to the wallet. However if you have a Sunday to laze, and try Italian food without thinking much about the price, go ahead, you will have a great time. And it's always wonderful to come to Holiday Inn. You can also try their Cocktails while you are at it. They have Frattelli!! Ciao is at the Holiday Inn, Bypass road, Kochi. Located next to their main buffet Restaurent (Masala). This is a non air conditioned Restaurent but you don’t feel hot but it is definitely not comfortable on a summer afternoon. The staff would serve you at the AC Restaurent if you require. The ambience is good. Food is very good ( Italian) and the taste is as good as authentic. Service is slow and the orders take a good amount of time as I think the kitchen is the same as that of their buffet restaurant. This is our first vist to the ciao cochin .It’s a speciality restaurant offering flavous of italin food.we placed an order for a pasta and pizza,both the dishes were tasty and the portion size was fair enough for three of us .Also special thanks to Jithish he was extremely friendly and service was very good…….
